- Liquid fertilizer and weed control at every application. This is not just fertilizer with a separate weed control treatment weeks later but fertilizer and commercial-grade weed control applied at every application.

- We do not use granular fertilizer; every application is liquid. This means there are no messy sidewalks to sweep after an application, and it’s better for the birds and all kinds of paws.
- Weed Patrol guarantees results. If you are unsatisfied after an application, we will continue working with you until you are satisfied, or your last application will be refunded. There are no games, special cancellation codes, or promised service calls; we treat our customers as we would like to be treated fairly, honestly, and promptly.

- The contract does not continue from year to year. You must renew our services each year. It is illegal in the province of Alberta for a company to continue services the following year. We don’t show up each spring and start working on your lawn without being scheduled again by you, the customer.
